1/2 mile swim - out & back triangular course,
then...
25K bike - "dam road" takes on a whole new meaning - closed course on
rolling rural roads
5K run - flat & shady park road to the
finish.

Relays: $105 ($120 after June 30)
Returning Juniors (under 18) and Seniors (65 &
over) will be entered at no charge! * Race limited to first 400
entries. No refunds after July 4. No transfers.
