Jefferson, Texas - Hot blues and spicy crawfish warmed up the crowd at the 2nd Annual Crawfish Boil on the Bayou held Saturday in Jefferson, Texas. Depite windy and frigid weather with temperatures in the 40's, Bobby Oliver and the Jam City Revue performed hot renditions of blues classics. The crowd of locals, tourists, kids, celebrities and bikers from the Iron Pigs Motorcyle Club jumped and jived to the music while braving the harsh elements.

The Marion County Chamber of Commerce sponsored event featured a feast of boiled crawfish, corn, potatoes and fried fish. The Celebrity Crawfish Eating competition found Chamber President, Chuck Spencer, out lasting several competitors to grab the title of Crawfish King for 2007.
